If your flowers delivered by florist were not delivered or attempted to be delivered on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived. (This does not apply on Sunday orders, because service may not be available in some areas.)

Florist may contact recipient to schedule a delivery. If recipient is too far from the florist and cannot be reached by telephone than delivery will be attempted as late possible and placed in a safe location away from direct sun and visible to recipient on the way home. www.solard.com takes no responsibility on orders in this case if recipient is on vacation and flowers or gift baskets get damaged by staying out overnight or longer.
